We may collect and process your name and any address you give us including your position and the company you work for if you give us a business address, your telephone number and email address.
If you attend the event the data collected may also include photographs taken of you during the evening. These images may be used for publicity purposes in the local press and on our website unless you specifically request us not to take photographs of you or not to use your image in this way.

We use information held about you in the following ways:
To provide you with information and an invitation to attend our annual fund-raising event in aid of Steps where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes.
To use photographic images of the event on our website and in the local newspapers and other publications to promote and publicise the event.
IP addresses and cookies
When you visit this website we may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to improve your experience in visiting the website. These cookies are all deleted at then end of your visit.

All written information you give us (by putting your address on the back of a ticket for instance) is stored securely in our office. Any information stored electronically is stored on secure servers.
